Our screening process is rigorous and exceptionally strict, and while we wish we could offer more people opportunities on our platform, we only take the cream of the crop.

It’s no surprise that only 15% of carers who apply to Connect2Care are finally accepted into the marketplace.

It’s thanks to our stringent measures that we are able to consistently meet and exceed our patients’ expectations when it comes to the calibre of carer and level of service they are offered.

Our screening and interview process

We screen and interview each and every carer. Together the team is able to not only place carers who are able to fulfil the needs of the patient, but they also focus on personality matching between the patient and carer to ensure a harmonious and successful carer matching. This has proven to be one of Connect2Care’s most defining and successful practices.
