Terry Harman-Leak

Terry has a passion for the elderly and started her journey in care back in 2017 as a carer.
She has extensive hands on experience working within care homes alongside nursing staff as well as management.
Her passion and calling is the elderly and their care ,with a particular interest in people suffering with Alzheimers and Dementia.

Connect2care was founded in 2020 to provide high quality care with a focus on creating a digital platform whereby we could connect the carers, the client and their families, and the care given to provide highly tailored and personal care.
We are able to liaise with all members of the care team, compile reports and provide feedback where necessary. The Connect2care app is currently in production.
Brigette Roscoe

Head of care & carer trainer
Brigette Roscoe (BSc Nursing (hons) Wits, with Midwifery, Community Health and Psychiatric Nursing.
She has had experience in private hospitals in the general surgical and medical wards, in theatre recovery, and in the postnatal, neonatal, and neonatal ICU units.
She also has experience as a First Aid Instructor, Levels 1 to 3.
Brigette also has experience in the pastoral ministry, including work in the areas of music and counselling, and with abused women and children and drug addiction recovery. She has also worked extensively with children.
Brigette has a keen interest in the areas of geriatric and palliative nursing and has a special concern for the wellbeing of the elderly.
Brigette has been with Connect2Care since 2021, as Nursing Manager responsible for all aspects of care at Connect2Care, including health assessments of new and existing clients, the formulation of care plans and the placing of carers for new clients. She is also responsible for attending to any nursing related needs of our clients, such as general advice on health and welfare and assisting with general and specific dietary needs, providing meal plans and shopping lists if required. Brigette is also responsible for interviewing and onboarding our new carers and the ongoing training of our existing carers.
